The Wi-Fi connection suffered from significant issues!!! Improvements in cleanliness and timely housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall experience. Consistency in room features is also needed to meet expectations!!!

Our stay was highlighted by the rooftop pool's relaxing atmosphere and the friendly staff's attentive service. However, the inconsistent shower water pressure was a bit disappointing.

Our family loved the spacious triple room with loads of natural light and an amazing view from the balcony. The rooftop pool was a great way to relax, and we also enjoyed lounging in the cozy sun terrace. The check-in process was a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from our overall fun stay! 😊

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the vibrant city and enjoyed catching a music festival. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to Europa Fira metro station. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the staff were generally helpful.

However, the WiFi was weak, making it tough to connect in our room which was a bit annoying for planning our outings.

The stay at Sb Plaza Europa was very pleasant. The room was spacious and impeccably cleaned every day, accommodating my needs for both work and rest. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing assistance whenever required. The location was also convenient, with good access to transportation and nearby dining options.

I truly appreciated the hotel's elegant modern decor and the rooftop terrace. It offered lovely views over the city, making it a perfect spot to relax. Accessibility to nearby metro stations was very convenient for my travels.

I experienced pure bliss at this hotel! The rooftop pool and bar offered amazing views of the city while sipping on fantastic cocktails. Plus, the breakfast buffet had an very nice variety of fresh fruit and pastries that fueled our adventures each day.

we loved staying at sb plaza europa! the pool and pool bar were fantastic, perfect for relaxing. the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure, which made everything easier. we appreciated the great location near a huge mall too!

We had a fab time! The room was super clean and comfy. We got complimentary Cava—a sweet surprise for my boyfriend's bday! The rooftop pool was a chill spot to unwind. The only bummer was the bar service was kinda slow at times.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the 24-hour reception, the comfy fitness center, and the relaxing poolside snack bar. The staff once helped me recover documents I left behind, which I truly appreciate. I'm coming back for the weekend!

Just a smart choice for a city break in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat with outstanding value for money. Enjoyed a nice touch with birthday champagne upon arrival. Make sure to ask for extra water bottles if you're staying longer.
